Obama Vs Cameron: one-all draw? Who’s kidding who?

It was billed as the heavyweight match of the decade, the phonecall in which up-and-coming Davey Blue-boy Cameron would take on the undisputed champion of the world, Barack El Presidente Obama, and force him to stop dissing Britain.

What a damp squib! This was less a grudge match than a mutual love-in.

Well that explains it. Robert Green is not a bad goalie – he was just under political instruction from No 10 to keep the special relationship alive. It won’t work though. Have a closer look at the photo above. Do I see a two-fingered salute from El Presidente to Blue-boy?
