ACTA and the battle between Lefties and Fascists

“The Party of European Socialists considers the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) to be fundamentally flawed in both content and process. There is a severe imbalance between the rights attributed to the users, service providers and rights holders.”

There. I’ve done it. Never thought I would, but in the end it was easier than I feared. I have agreed with the Lefties.

Now all we need to do is get el fascisti on the other wing to agree as well. Yes, I know that I am calling the majority of the European Union ‘fascists’, but consider the Spanish version of Wikipedia (and Spain knows a thing or two about Fascists): “The political project of fascism is to establish a corporatist state totalitarianism and a command economy, as its intellectual base poses a subjection of reason to the will and action, a nationalist…” Although the nation they want is the European Confederation, nevertheless, is that or is that not a perfect description of the European Project?
